Arkansas Licensed Chart Analyst

Job Summary

Coordinating the retrieval of medical records for risk adjustment and quality measures, the full-time remote Arkansas Licensed Chart Analyst will collect, organize, and analyze medical records data while serving as a liaison between healthcare organizations and internal departments.

Key responsibilities

• Assist providers with the process of sending medical records and collaborate with internal departments and vendors
• Develop and maintain tools for medical record retrieval and identify process improvement opportunities
• Retrieve, analyze, and report on medical records to ensure successful chart retrieval efforts

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Healthcare management, or five years of relevant health-related experience
• Minimum three years of analysis, research, and/or medical coding experience
• At least two years of medical record review experience
• Knowledge of EMR systems and familiarity with HL7 and FHIR preferred
• Understanding of risk and quality concepts related to Medicare Advantage and ACA populations preferred
