Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the part-time Arkansas Licensed Mental Health Therapist will deliver remote, evidence-based therapy to adult clients, managing a caseload of 7-20 sessions per week while utilizing AI-assisted documentation tools and collaborating with other mental health providers.
Key responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based therapy using modalities such as CBT, DBT, and ACT to adult clients (18+)
- Maintain timely documentation within 48 hours of client contact in the electronic medical record (EMR) system
- Collaborate with other mental health professionals and make appropriate referrals as needed
Required qualifications
- Independently Licensed in Arkansas as LCSW, LMFT, LPC, or Licensed Psychologist (PhD or PsyD)
- 2+ years of clinical experience with adult clients
- 6+ months of teletherapy experience
- Proficiency with clinical assessments, such as PHQ-9
- Comfort with electronic health record (EHR) systems
