Arkansas Licensed Nurse Consultant

Job Summary

Providing telephonic case management for workers' compensation injured employees, the fully remote Arkansas Licensed Nurse Consultant will manage medical care, coordinate rehabilitation services, and communicate with various stakeholders to facilitate recovery and return to work.

Key responsibilities

• Perform telephonic case management by coordinating with medical providers, employers, and claims professionals
• Evaluate and arrange appropriate medical treatment and rehabilitation services for injured employees
• Document case management observations and maintain a caseload of at least 72 files monthly with a focus on quality compliance

Required qualifications

• Degree from an applicable training program and a minimum of 3 years clinical experience in an acute care setting
• Active Registered Nursing license or equivalent in the state of practice
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience in workers' compensation preferred
• Certification in a related field preferred
