Job Summary
Overseeing business operations and strategic initiatives, the full-time Arkansas Licensed Operations Vice President will manage procurement opportunities, new product implementations, and ensure compliance with regulations while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key responsibilities
- Establish strategic visions and operational objectives in partnership with stakeholders and leadership
- Direct the development and implementation of operational work processes across multiple departments
- Lead new business implementation and procurement activities, including responses to RFPs
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accountancy, or a related field required; Master's Degree preferred
- 9+ years of operations, management, or administration experience in the Healthcare or Insurance industry
- Experience in business development and/or Request for Proposal (RFP) preferred
- Extensive knowledge of state legislative and regulatory processes preferred
- Health Plan Operations experience preferred
