Armed Sector Manager

Job Summary

Providing day-to-day leadership and operational oversight, the full-time Armed Sector Manager will manage transportation and stationary/remote guarding services, ensuring compliance with contract requirements and company policies while serving as the primary liaison with client personnel.

Key responsibilities:

• Directly supervise and evaluate assigned staff, monitoring performance and implementing career development plans
• Oversee daily operations, including staffing, scheduling, and service delivery within the assigned Sector
• Ensure compliance with contract requirements and address operational deficiencies through quality assurance activities

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED)
• Must be a United States citizen or legal permanent resident
• Minimum of ten (10) years of management experience in a security, transportation, or comparable environment
• Valid driver's license if driving a company or customer-owned vehicle
• Proven record of managing staff and maintaining positive customer relationships
