Job Summary
Seeking a versatile and experienced Art Director/Senior Art Director, the full-time remote position will manage design execution across various formats for pharmaceutical and life sciences clients, translating complex information into compelling visuals while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute hands-on design work, ensuring high-quality visuals that align with brand and creative direction
- Manage projects from brief to delivery, including layout, production, and final file handoff
- Collaborate with content strategists and provide art direction to junior designers and freelancers
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in a creative or design-focused role, preferably in an agency or pharmaceutical setting
- High proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Experience designing for regulated industries, ideally within pharmaceutical or life sciences marketing
- Strong portfolio showcasing polished design execution across print and digital formats
- Familiarity with the medical/legal/regulatory (MLR) process and brand stewardship
