Art Director

Job Summary

To shape the aesthetic direction of major projects, the full-time Art Director will manage visual standards across 2D, 3D, experiential, digital, and physical spaces while collaborating with Creative Directors and mentoring emerging talent.

Key responsibilities

• Establish the visual language, mood, and point of view for campaigns and brand touch points
• Art direct photoshoots and video productions, ensuring alignment with the overall creative vision
• Develop visual systems that provide a clear creative foundation for teams, enhancing consistency and personality

Required qualifications

• Professional art direction experience in an agency, production, or integrated creative environment
• Expert level skills in sketching, rapid visualization, and mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat)
• A portfolio demonstrating aesthetic authority and diverse project experience
• Strong ability to present creative ideas with clarity and conviction to clients
• Experience in leading and inspiring teams to deliver exceptional work
