Art Director

Job Summary

Leading the development and execution of visual content for the Defend by Tactacam brand, the remote Art Director will manage design production processes, mentor graphic designers, and shift the brand narrative to a storytelling approach while ensuring high creative standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the creation of a refreshed visual identity and storytelling approach for the brand
• Manage and mentor a team of graphic designers, fostering a culture of ownership and creativity
• Collaborate with senior leadership to translate business objectives into compelling visual narratives

Required qualifications:

• At least three years of experience in art direction or design leadership
• Proven success in leading design projects from concept to completion
• Strong experience managing project schedules, budgets, and external partners
• Deep understanding of design operations and creative workflows across various content formats
• Experience building scalable content systems and managing multiple priorities simultaneously
