Job Summary

Leading a creative team, the full-time Art Supervisor will manage concept and art/design development for various projects, ensuring adherence to brand standards and FDA regulations while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the art direction across projects, ensuring a cohesive brand experience that meets strategic expectations
• Provide constructive feedback to junior and mid-level creatives, enhancing the overall quality of design work
• Present and defend creative concepts internally and externally, fostering strong relationships with cross-functional teams

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in art supervision or a related field
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe InDesign for digital and print design execution
• Strong conceptual skills with the ability to distill complex scientific information into clear visual representations
• Experience in mentoring junior team members and fostering their professional growth
• Knowledge of accessibility best practices and a commitment to applying them in design work
