Job Summary

Leading a creative team, the full-time Art Supervisor will manage concept and design development across various projects while ensuring compliance with FDA regulations and brand standards, with the flexibility to work remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee art direction and elevate design quality across projects, ensuring a cohesive brand experience
• Provide constructive feedback to junior and mid-level creatives, enhancing both copy and art elements
• Present and defend creative work to internal and external stakeholders while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams

Required qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in art supervision or related field
• Proficiency in Figma and Adobe InDesign, with experience in both digital and print formats
• Strong conceptual skills with the ability to distill complex scientific information into clear visualizations
• Experience mentoring junior team members and fostering their professional growth
• Knowledge of accessibility best practices and commitment to applying them in design work
