Job Summary
To enhance operational capabilities, the full-time Staff Artificial Intelligence Operations Engineer will implement, optimize, and support AI and ML-enabled technologies, focusing on improving reliability and efficiency while collaborating with various technical teams in a hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional teams to deploy and optimize AI Operations capabilities, enhancing monitoring effectiveness and incident response
- Configure and administer AI Operations within observability platforms, supporting integrations with monitoring and ITSM tools
- Identify and implement operational use cases leveraging AI/ML for improved root cause analysis and operational efficiency
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 1 cloud certification (e.g., AWS Cloud Practitioner, Microsoft Azure Fundamentals, or Google Cloud Digital Leader)
- 8-10 years of experience in Technology Operations, Site Reliability Engineering, or related disciplines
