Artist Agreements Manager

Job Summary

Managing artist agreements and content clearances, the full-time Manager, Artist Agreements & Clearances will secure and oversee artist contracts, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure compliance across all productions in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and manage artist agreements and releases for various productions
• Secure synchronization rights and clearances for music and content use across platforms
• Collaborate with internal teams to assess and address contractual and clearance needs

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 5+ years of experience in music business affairs, content clearance, and music publishing
• Paralegal experience with the ability to draft and negotiate licensing agreements
• Established relationships with record labels, music publishers, and artist management
• Proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese preferred
