Artist Agreements Manager

Job Summary

Managing artist agreements and content clearances, the full-time Artist Agreements Manager will secure and oversee artist contracts, negotiate rights, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and manage artist agreements and releases for various productions, ensuring timely execution
• Secure synchronization rights and clearances for music and content use across platforms, coordinating with rights holders
• Refine workflows and maintain systems for documenting and tracking rights and permissions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 5+ years' experience in music business affairs, content clearance, and music publishing
• Paralegal experience with the ability to draft and negotiate content licensing agreements
• Established relationships with record labels, music publishers, and artist management
• Proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese preferred
