ASE Certified Automotive Service Advisor
Job Summary
To support a growing fleet management team, the full-time ASE Certified Automotive Service Advisor will work remotely from Columbia, MO, guiding maintenance and repair decisions for clients and vendors to ensure fleet efficiency and cost control.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and assess repair orders for accuracy, recommending maintenance intervals and procedures
- Support clients and vendors to minimize downtime and control costs through timely advice and solutions
- Field calls from drivers to evaluate needs and suggest appropriate service locations
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 valid ASE certifications (no expired certifications) from specified categories
- Must reside in Columbia, MO or surrounding counties
- Six months of customer service experience required
- Two years of automotive maintenance or dealership service department experience required
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
