ASE Certified Call Center Technician
Job Summary
To assist drivers with emergency roadside assistance, the full-time ASE Certified Call Center Technician will provide support in locating repair locations, document maintenance events, and ensure fair pricing for repairs while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Assist drivers with emergency roadside assistance and locate suitable repair facilities
- Document all maintenance and repair events accurately and ensure adherence to preventative maintenance schedules
- Review and authorize repairs for fleet vehicles, maintaining monthly metrics at or above established goals
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Vocational or Technical education recommended
- ASE Certified in 3-7 car or 3-6 truck repair categories
- 10 to 15 years of experience in automotive or truck repair
- Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Office and typing speed of 20-25 WPM
