Job Summary
To provide comprehensive maintenance support and services, the full-time ASE Master Certified Travel Technician will manage maintenance operations, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and assist in training technicians while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Monitors and evaluates maintenance operations to improve performance and operational efficiencies
- Fills in as Maintenance Manager during vacancies and assists with hiring new Maintenance Managers
- Conducts annual vehicle audits and reviews KPI and financial reports to identify challenges
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- ASE Master certification required
- Five years of experience in maintenance management within the passenger transportation or service industry
- Advanced technical training and knowledge of performance indicators
- Valid driver's license and commitment to a safety lifestyle
