ASO Manager
Job Summary
Owning the ASO strategy and roadmap for multiple platforms, the full-time ASO Manager will manage experiments, improve app listings, and collaborate with various teams to enhance app visibility and conversion rates, all while working remotely during East Coast US hours.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement ASO strategies for iOS and Android platforms, prioritizing testing and market needs
- Conduct structured experiments to optimize creative assets and improve app store conversion and rankings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance app performance and manage ASO reporting for leadership
Required qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in ASO or mobile growth, preferably with B2C applications
- Proven track record of improving app store conversion and keyword rankings through experimentation
- Hands-on experience with app store creative assets, including screenshots and preview videos
- Global ASO experience with localization and geo-specific testing
- Familiarity with mobile measurement partners and subscription funnels
