Assessment Content Project Manager

Job Summary

Managing the production of digital assessment content, the remote Associate Assessment Content Project Manager will oversee project plans, collaborate with internal and external partners, and ensure timely delivery of quality and accessible learning assessments.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and manage project plans, including scope, schedule, resources, budget, risk, and quality of deliverables
• Collaborate with program managers and product teams to implement course and program goals throughout product delivery
• Evaluate sample work during development and perform technical reviews for production compliance

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 1-3 years of project management experience, ideally in digital content production
• Proven agility in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while managing competing priorities and tight deadlines
• Strong technical aptitude and adaptability, with the ability to learn and use proprietary digital content tools
• Experience with Smartsheet, Jira, HTML, and AWS Cloud is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, including experience providing training and technical support
