A company is looking for an Assessment Item Writer/Editor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work independently and collaboratively to create, review, edit, and revise test items based on standards
- Execute against blueprints to develop well-rounded assessments
- Meet internal and external deadlines for assessment development
Required Qualifications:
- Professional assessment writing and/or editing experience
- Strong understanding of assessment item composition and alignment with standards
- Ability to write assessment items for K-12 students with knowledge of academic standards
- Subject-matter expertise in ELA, math, science, or social studies
- Experience in education, with teaching experience being a plus
