Asset Coordinator

Job Summary

To support the Animation Team, the full-time remote Asset Coordinator will manage file workflows, oversee quality assurance for assets, and create documentation while collaborating closely with artists and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and lead quality assurance for files and track updates from artists, leads, and clients
• Assemble weekly project reports and organize submissions for delivery to clients
• Create handbooks, guides, and tutorials for team members to facilitate project workflows

Required qualifications

• Previous production experience in the gaming industry and/or app development
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/SharePoint, Adobe Suite, Google Docs/Sheets, and at least one project tracking tool
• Strong organizational skills with experience in file management and reporting
• Proactive personality with the ability to work collaboratively and independently
• Prior engine experience required, with UE5 preferred
