Job Summary
To support and optimize the ServiceNow SAM Pro environment, the contract Asset Management Consultant will focus on accurate license tracking, reconciliation, and reporting while ensuring licensing compliance and data accuracy in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and optimize ServiceNow SAM Pro for accurate license counting and entitlement reconciliation
- Perform ongoing reconciliation of license data, validating service usage and ensuring proper classification
- Measure and report on software utilization, creating dashboards and analyzing licensing results to recommend corrective actions
Required Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow SAM Pro and software asset management processes
- Strong knowledge of licensing, hardware, and IT software solutions
- Experience with license reconciliation and entitlement management
- Proficiency in reporting and dashboard creation within ServiceNow
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to partner effectively with technical and platform leadership
