Asset Management Manager

Job Summary

To support a growing portfolio of residential and commercial solar assets, the full-time remote Asset Management Manager will manage waterfall modeling and investor reporting, ensuring accuracy in cash models and timely delivery of reports while collaborating with various internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert on multi-tranche waterfall models and maintain accurate distribution calculations
• Prepare and enhance investor reports and compliance certificates, improving data inputs and reporting processes
• Oversee data validation and reconciliation for waterfall models, ensuring strong governance and audit readiness

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 6-8 years of relevant experience in structured-finance modeling, investor reporting, or asset management
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex financial modeling; experience with VBA and automation tools preferred
• Familiarity with BI and reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Strong organizational skills and commitment to maintaining high-quality reporting standards
