Asset Management Specialist
Job Summary
Detail-oriented and experienced, the full-time Asset Management Specialist will manage and track organizational assets throughout their lifecycle, ensuring proper allocation, maintenance, and compliance with company policies while working remotely, preferably from Bangalore, Hyderabad, Pune, or Mumbai for better collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain end-to-end lifecycle management of assets from procurement to disposal
- Track and manage inventory of IT assets, including laptops and desktops
- Coordinate asset allocation, recovery, and reallocation across employees and consultants
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline, preferably in IT, Operations, or Logistics
- 2-5 years of experience in Asset Management, IT Support, or Operations
- Experience with asset tracking tools or Excel-based trackers
- Proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets
- Good written and verbal communication skills
