Job Summary
Leading financial modeling and valuation efforts, the full-time remote Asset Optimization Manager will evaluate operational, investment, and commercial opportunities for Constellation's nuclear generation fleet and broader portfolio, supporting strategic decision-making and capital allocation.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain asset-specific financial models for long-term valuation and strategic planning
- Lead cross-functional teams to assess operational and financial performance, identifying key drivers of asset value
- Translate complex analyses into clear business cases for executive leadership and the Board
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, accounting, finance, economics, or a related field
- 8 years of experience in finance, investment banking, investment management, or a related analytical field
- Proficiency in financial modeling, financial statement analysis, and discounted cash flow valuation
- Ability to apply strategic and analytical skills to complex business problems
- Experience collaborating across functions and influencing stakeholders at all organizational levels
