Job Summary
Leading the development and execution of data-driven strategies, the full-time Asset Protection Insights Manager will oversee complex data analysis to enhance business decision-making and drive growth, while working remotely and collaborating across teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive data strategy for Asset Protection, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Oversee analysis of multi-source data sets to deliver insights that inform executive decision-making and mitigate operational risk
- Serve as a strategic advisor to executive teams, fostering cross-functional collaboration to implement data-informed initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree
- 6+ years of advanced proficiency in Databricks, Python, SQL Administration, and Java
- 6+ years of expertise in BI and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Looker
- 5+ years of experience with SCRUM project management methodology
- Strong foundation in data governance frameworks and compliance standards
