Assistant Client Manager
Job Summary
To support project coordination and client relations, the full-time Assistant Client Manager will collaborate with Architects, Engineers, and Designers remotely, ensuring product quality and effective communication between clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Client Manager in external communications and project management tasks
- Conduct quality control reviews and maintain client master drawing sets
- Facilitate communication between clients and project teams, ensuring project documentation is up to date
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, interior design, or engineering preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in the construction industry
- Knowledge of architectural building systems and construction methodologies
- Proficiency in Revit and advanced CAD drafting skills
- Familiarity with Quality Assurance and Quality Control policies and building codes
