Assistant Manager Cybersecurity

Job Summary

Supporting the Manager and Assistant CISO, the full-time hybrid Assistant Manager Cybersecurity will design, implement, and enhance cybersecurity controls while providing hands-on technical leadership and day-to-day support across various security domains.

Key responsibilities

• Support the design and lifecycle management of enterprise cybersecurity platforms and technical controls
• Provide hands-on technical support for endpoint detection, network security, and incident response
• Assist with engineering standards and collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed security into projects

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, information technology, computer science, engineering, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive cybersecurity experience, with a focus on security engineering and operations
• 1 to 3 years of experience in financial services or regulated industries strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity architecture, incident response, and cloud security
• Familiarity with NIST Cybersecurity Framework, Zero Trust principles, and relevant regulatory requirements
