Assistant Manager Cybersecurity

Job Summary

Supporting the Manager and Assistant CISO, the full-time Assistant Manager Cybersecurity will design, implement, and improve cybersecurity controls while providing hands-on technical leadership in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the design and lifecycle management of enterprise cybersecurity platforms and technical controls
• Provide technical support for various security domains including endpoint detection, network security, and incident response
• Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate security into projects and technology decisions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, information technology, computer science, engineering, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive cybersecurity experience with hands-on support in security engineering or operations
• 1 to 3 years of experience in financial services or a regulated industry strongly preferred
• Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, incident response, and vulnerability management
• Ability to translate risks and regulatory requirements into technical controls and measurable outcomes
