Job Summary

Supporting the growth and sustainability of comprehensive preventive care services, the full-time salaried Assistant Manager, Preventive Health will manage operational, client-focused, and administrative tasks while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Refine and expand preventive care services based on data-driven needs and ensure high-quality operations
• Develop and maintain effective referral pathways and collaborate with various teams to improve client access to care services
• Support program effectiveness through data reporting and assist with staffing and event coordination

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 3+ years of administrative experience, ideally in a non-profit organization with a similar focus
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database products
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and manage high-stress situations effectively
