Job Summary
Leading product development implementation for fleet and specialty programs, the full-time remote Assistant Product Development Manager will collaborate with underwriting, pricing, IT, and product teams to execute product enhancements, rate revisions, and strategic initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Execute product enhancements and rate revisions in collaboration with cross-functional teams
- Support product monitoring and future segmentation efforts
- Manage the implementation of underwriting tool improvements and strategic initiatives
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Finance, Quantitative Research, Actuarial Science, or a related field
- Minimum of five years of related professional experience in an analytical role
- Participation in Progressive's PM Assessment Process is required for selection
- Proven ability to lead complex initiatives and influence outcomes across teams
- Experience with business implementations and product performance reporting
