Assistant Small Business Auto Manager
Job Summary
Supporting the development and enhancement of insurance products, the full-time Assistant Small Business Auto Product Manager will manage regulatory filings, perform competitive analysis, and monitor program performance while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a hybrid work environment based in Flower Mound, Texas.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare regulatory rate, rule, and form filings, managing the filing calendar across states
- Conduct competitive analysis and monitor program performance, providing recommendations for emerging issues
- Support new state and program launches, including research and coordination of launch deliverables
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Risk Management, Insurance, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in an analytical role within property and casualty insurance
- Experience with market analysis and regulatory compliance in the insurance industry
- Working knowledge of insurance rating concepts and filing processes
- Professional insurance certifications such as CPCU or ARM preferred but not required
