Assistant Vice President of Quality
Job Summary
Leading quality operations for healthcare audits, the full-time salaried Assistant Vice President of Quality will manage teams focused on clinical, coding, and operational audits while driving process improvements and ensuring compliance with KPIs and SLAs in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Drive overall operational quality performance to meet and exceed client expectations and established metrics
- Develop and mentor Quality Managers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability
- Implement scalable quality audit methodologies and oversee cross-functional collaboration to unify standards and best practices
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare, business, or a related field (advanced degree preferred)
- 7-10+ years of experience in healthcare quality operations, clinical/coding auditing, or payment integrity programs
- Proven leadership experience managing quality teams in complex, fast-paced environments
- Expertise in quality methodologies and process improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
- Experience with audit tools, dashboards, reporting systems, and advanced Excel
