To support underwriting and marketing strategy in an assigned region, the full-time salaried Assistant Vice President, Surety will manage regional production targets, disciplined underwriting, and develop productive distribution partner relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Contribute to production, regional underwriting, and distribution strategy
- Approve, decline, and price risks within authority limits
- Develop and mentor junior team members while ensuring adherence to documentation standards
