Associate Account Manager

Job Summary

Managing daily account activities, the full-time Associate Account Manager will serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring service satisfaction and retention while working remotely within the U.S.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver quality operational service and manage client contacts for issue resolution
• Provide operational metrics, service level reporting, and manage contract renewals and upsell opportunities
• Implement added products and services while fostering service improvements for clients

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• 2+ years of relevant account management experience, including at least 2 years in Benefits or Health Savings Account Administration
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and other essential computer skills
