Associate Account Supervisor

Job Summary

Leading the day-to-day management of strategic communications engagements, the full-time Associate Account Supervisor will coordinate client relationships, oversee project execution, and develop omnichannel campaigns to enhance healthcare organizations' reputations, while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage client accounts by coordinating internal teams and ensuring project deadlines are met
• Create comprehensive communication plans and develop targeted messaging to elevate client reputations
• Participate in cross-functional teams to execute integrated strategies and provide strategic guidance

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in healthcare strategy or communications within a consulting firm or agency
• Proven ability to develop and execute integrated communications strategies across multiple channels
• Strong writing and editing skills with experience in creating communication plans and client-facing materials
• Experience managing healthcare client relationships and providing strategic counsel
• Understanding of managed care, healthcare reimbursement, and regulatory developments
