Associate AI Deployment Manager
Job Summary
To support client AI engagements, the full-time Associate AI Deployment Manager will execute scoped work by turning discovery into product delivery or client adoption, focusing on either organizing product definition with engineering teams or facilitating client learning through training and workshops in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Turn discovery into clear plans and artifacts by documenting workflows, needs, and translating them into requirements and user stories
- Maintain product and delivery work by managing backlogs, requirements, and coordinating dependencies with client partners
- Prepare and deliver practical learning experiences through training and workshops for client teams, refining materials based on feedback
Required Qualifications
- Experience in product management, consulting, technical program management, or customer success, with a focus on turning conversations into actionable plans
- Experience in client-facing delivery, training, or learning and development roles
- Strong AI fluency with practical use of current AI tools and understanding of their capabilities and limitations
- Clear communication skills to engage with both business stakeholders and technical teams
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to managing tasks and dependencies
