Associate Business Analyst
Job Summary
To support the Customer Success Team, the full-time remote Associate Business Analyst will collaborate with clients to translate business needs into actionable requirements, manage analytical reporting, and optimize AI-driven workflows.
Key responsibilities
- Contribute to sprint planning, backlog refinement, and risk identification within the client delivery team
- Facilitate client discovery workshops to challenge existing processes and identify value-adding opportunities
- Design and optimize AI-driven workflows while ensuring solution quality through test strategy ownership and UAT leadership
Required qualifications
- Proven Business Analysis experience, particularly in the insurance sector
- Experience running client-facing workshops and influencing senior stakeholders
- Hands-on experience with AI tools, including prompt engineering and AI-assisted workflows
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Fluency in English, with additional language skills being advantageous
