Associate Business Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting Digital Transformation initiatives, the full-time remote Associate Business Analyst will assist with discovery, documentation, process analysis, requirements gathering, and solution evaluation activities to enhance business and technology understanding across the enterprise.

Key responsibilities

• Support discovery activities by gathering information, preparing notes, and documenting business needs
• Document current-state processes and identify improvement opportunities while partnering with stakeholders for validation
• Assist with requirements elicitation, intake activities, and vendor evaluation to ensure solutions meet business needs

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of hands-on experience in business analysis, process improvement, or project coordination
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience
• Exposure to digital transformation, process mapping, and stakeholder communication
• Ability to produce clear work products such as meeting notes and process flows
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Lean concepts is a plus
