Associate Business Analyst

Job Summary

Leading data partner spec negotiations, the full-time remote Associate Business Analyst will manage platform configuration, data mapping, and internal quality assurance to ensure alignment with the Ascend data model before client-facing testing begins.

Key responsibilities

• Lead spec negotiations with specialty pharmacy and data partners to ensure alignment with the Ascend data model
• Own all platform configuration work, including data mapping and business logic implementation
• Conduct internal QA testing of all configurations prior to client-facing testing and ensure quality standards are met

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a 4-year university; Master's degree preferred
• Relevant experience in an operations role at a biopharmaceutical manufacturer, reimbursement call center, or specialty pharmacy
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other analytic tools for data comparison and summary
• Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Experience with the Business Analysis toolkit, including systems development lifecycles and business process modeling
