Associate Change Management

Job Summary

Supporting the evolution of change management, the full-time Associate Change Management will collaborate with the Enterprise Change Management team to design and implement change experiences, utilize AI tools for productivity, and track employee engagement metrics in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the design and execution of change activities for assigned initiatives, ensuring successful adoption
• Develop communication materials and engagement activities that facilitate employee understanding and adaptation to new processes
• Track readiness and engagement metrics to assess the progress of change initiatives and gather insights for improvement

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in organizational change management, employee communications, or learning and enablement
• Experience in delivering change activities for business or technology initiatives
• Strong skills in developing communications and learning materials that support behavior change
• Proven ability to manage project plans and competing priorities effectively
• Curiosity about AI and emerging technologies, with a willingness to leverage AI tools for enhancing change delivery
