Associate Client Director
Job Summary
Leading a team of Client Managers and Analysts, the full-time remote Associate Client Director will drive the delivery of insights on industries and consumer behavior, ensuring client satisfaction and achievement of team KPIs.
Key responsibilities
- Own the CS Industry Insights mission, delivering Thought Leadership and ensuring team success metrics are met
- Guide and coach team members in utilizing data for impactful presentations and managing client expectations
- Proactively partner with senior stakeholders to address potential roadblocks and enhance customer satisfaction
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in the CPG industry or related fields such as sales, category management, or market research
- Prior experience with NielsenIQ solutions or similar analytics tools, including POS/Panel data
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets/Slides
- Ability to coach others in data analysis and use of NIQ tools
- Excellent command of both written and spoken English
