Job Summary
Supporting healthcare organizations in optimizing Electronic Health Record (EHR) ecosystems, the full-time Associate Clinical Analyst will assist with clinical system support, configuration, and troubleshooting while working remotely from anywhere in the U.S.
Key responsibilities
- Contribute to the day-to-day support of clinical systems that integrate with Epic and Oracle Cerner
- Assist with testing efforts, issue resolution, and workflow optimization activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and maintain documentation related to system support and project initiatives
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 1+ years of experience in healthcare IT, technical support, or related environments
- 6+ months of experience with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools
- Foundational understanding of technology concepts related to clinical systems and workflows
- Availability for on-call or after-hours support as needed
