Associate Clinical Research Manager

Job Summary

Leading a team of Clinical Research Associates, the full-time Associate Clinical Research Manager will oversee clinical monitoring activities, ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines, and promote team performance in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage CRA performance and resource allocation to meet study deliverables while maintaining quality monitoring
• Review monitoring quality and resolve compliance issues in accordance with ICH-GCP and local regulations
• Conduct recruitment, onboarding, and performance evaluations to foster team development and collaboration

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a scientific or healthcare discipline; advanced degrees preferred
• Minimum 5 years of industry experience in the pharmaceutical or CRO field
• Thorough understanding of the drug development process and expert knowledge of ICH-GCP standards
• Previous experience as a CRA is preferred, with a strong understanding of monitoring and trial execution
• Experience in Oncology is highly recommended
