Job Summary
Leading a team of Clinical Research Associates, the full-time Associate Clinical Research Manager will oversee clinical monitoring activities, ensure compliance with ICH-GCP and local regulations, and promote a positive team culture while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage CRA performance and resource allocation to meet study deliverables and maintain quality monitoring
- Review monitoring quality and ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines while supporting study milestone delivery
- Recruit, onboard, and mentor team members, fostering an environment of growth and collaboration
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a scientific or healthcare discipline; advanced degrees preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of industry experience in the pharmaceutical or CRO field
- Thorough understanding of the drug development process and expert knowledge of ICH-GCP standards
- Previous experience as a CRA is preferred, with a strong understanding of monitoring and trial execution
- Experience in Oncology is highly recommended
