Associate Coding Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Coding Analyst who will be responsible for diagnostic coding related to Risk Adjustment and HCC Coding.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed diagnostic coding associated with Risk Adjustment and HCC Coding
• Research and resolve provider diagnostic coding issues and provide education on coding errors
• Advise on the development of Health Plan Payment Rules related to risk adjustment

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a healthcare provider organization or health insurance company
• Experience in project completion and educational program development
• Computer experience
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and experience
• Relevant coding certifications such as CCS-P, CCS-H, CPC-P, or CPH-H preferred
