Associate Coding Analyst
Job Summary
A company is looking for an Associate Coding Analyst who will be responsible for diagnostic coding related to Risk Adjustment and HCC Coding.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed diagnostic coding associated with Risk Adjustment and HCC Coding
- Research and resolve provider diagnostic coding issues and provide education on coding errors
- Advise on the development of Health Plan Payment Rules related to risk adjustment
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in a healthcare provider organization or health insurance company
- Experience in project completion and educational program development
- Computer experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and experience
- Relevant coding certifications such as CCS-P, CCS-H, CPC-P, or CPH-H preferred
