Job Summary
To support client implementations of the Rillet ERP platform, the full-time remote Associate Consultant will learn, configure, and implement system solutions while collaborating with senior consultants and client finance teams.
Key responsibilities
- Learn the Rillet platform and support client implementations from discovery through go-live and post-implementation
- Gather and document client accounting requirements and configure the system accordingly
- Assist with data migration and perform system testing while preparing training materials for client users
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Minimum of two years of relevant work experience in accounting, finance, or financial systems
- Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and month-end close processes
- Experience with data migration and system testing
- Eagerness to learn new technology and collaborate in a team environment
