Associate Consultant, Energy Solutions

Job Summary

Supporting applied research and evaluation projects, the full-time Associate Consultant, Energy Solutions will assist utility clients in enhancing customer service by analyzing qualitative and quantitative data and contributing to client-ready deliverables in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of data collection tools such as interview guides and surveys
• Conduct interviews and support primary data collection activities while analyzing information from various research methods
• Collaborate with project teams to interpret results and develop reports, presentations, and other client-facing deliverables

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with up to two years of relevant experience in applied research, program evaluation, or social science
• Exposure to social science research methods through academic coursework or internships
• Basic experience in qualitative and quantitative data analysis and familiarity with statistical concepts
• Proficiency in Excel and analytical software such as Stata, SPSS, R, or Python
• Experience in primary data collection activities like interviews, focus groups, or surveys is a plus
