Job Summary
To support legal compliance and litigation efforts, the full-time Associate Counsel - Litigation will manage offboarding processes and handle litigation matters in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee offboarding procedures to ensure compliance with legal standards
- Manage litigation cases, including drafting legal documents and representing the company in legal proceedings
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide legal guidance and support on various projects
Required qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- Active bar membership in relevant jurisdictions
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in litigation and compliance
- Strong understanding of employment law and offboarding practices
- Experience working in a remote legal environment preferred
