Job Summary
Seeking a hands-on creative leader, the full-time Associate Creative Director, Design will develop and direct work across brand, campaign, experiential, content, digital, and motion projects while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in a dynamic studio environment.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the ideation, design, and development of creative projects across various mediums
- Provide informed creative leadership in motion design, animation, CGI, VFX, and post-production
- Maintain strong client relationships and effectively communicate creative concepts and direction
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in a creative agency, design studio, or production company
- 4+ years of experience leading significant creative projects and multidisciplinary teams
- Demonstrated experience in directing motion design, animation, CGI, VFX, and post-production work
- Strong portfolio showcasing design and creative direction across various projects
- Ability to mentor and develop creative talent within a collaborative environment
