Job Summary
Providing exceptional customer support remotely, the part-time Associate Customer Service Representative will assist customers with Kohler and Sterling plumbing products, handling inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and guiding installations while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Answer inbound customer inquiries via phone, diagnosing products and taking appropriate actions
- Perform advanced troubleshooting and guide customers and trade professionals through product installations and repairs
- Utilize various customer care technologies and resources to track orders, provide availability, and upsell products
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; 2-4 year degree preferred
- 1+ years of customer service experience desired, preferably in a call center environment
- Completion of internal Brand Ambassador Program required
- Technical proficiency with multiple computer systems and software
- Ability to work during assigned shifts Monday-Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m
